In this part two tribute to director Werner Herzog, Grizzly Man tells the story of Timothy Treadwell, an eccentric environmentalist who spent 13 summers living amongst wild grizzly bears in Alaska and filming his encounters. Using Treadwell’s own footage, Herzog crafts a documentary that is at once both a portrait of obsession and a reflection on the indifference of nature.
