This three-day workshop meets:
Friday, April 19, 5:30-7:30pm
Saturday, April 20, 10am-3pm
Sunday, April 21, 1-5pm
Urban sketching is the act of drawing or painting on location in the cities, towns, or villages that you live in and travel to. You are capturing a moment in time in a unique, artistic way.
Friday evening we will work in the studio practicing the techniques on objects. Saturday and Sunday we will walk through Farmville and select buildings to record in our journals. This is a messy, fun, loose way to capture an image without the tediousness of realism.
