This place, this land, is as old as time itself. The sticks, the stones, the lakes, the trees and their leaves all have their own story to tell, some of it millions of years in the making. During this one-mile loop walk, a ranger will guide you along a journey through time on the Goodwin Lake Trail. Goodwin Lake Trail is rated easy but does have a few areas that may make the trail unsuitable for those with moderate to severe mobility issues.

To ensure an enjoyable time, please alert park staff to any necessary special accommodations you or your group may need. Parks are for everyone. This is an inclusive program open to all people.
