Transform plain textiles into custom works of art in this hands-on block printing workshop!
Come learn about the art of woodblock printing on fabric! Students will design and carve a 2×2 linoleum block and then use it to create an Indian inspired tea towel, tote bag or t-shirt!
Indian textiles feature colorful, intricate, repeating patterns. Students may use their block alone or pair it with the Indian printing blocks from my collection to create a one of a kind piece of wearable art. Practice fabrics and one shirt, tote bag or tea towel is included with your registration but feel free to bring your own items to print on as well.
No prior experience is needed.
