Longwood University in Downtown Farmville is proud to host the 2016 Virginia Children’s Book Festival this Thursday through Saturday, October 13-15.
This highly anticipated 3-day event brings together young readers with award-winning, best-selling children’s book authors and illustrators. Enjoy exciting, dynamic programs designed to foster the love of reading and of children’s literature.
These events are free and open to the public – children, parents, grandparents, book collectors and would-be authors and illustrators are welcome. Space is limited, however, and registration is required for many sessions.
